Precedents IT Consulting Inc. has always recognized the need for personal information to be kept confidential. We are committed to keeping all personal information confidential and we are now putting our practices into this written privacy policy.
On January 1, 2004, the Personal Information Protection of Personal Information and Electronic Documents Act came into effect, the following is our commitment to our clients:
1. Information provided to Precedents IT Consulting Inc. is kept for the sole purpose of representing our clients’ interest and to promote our services.
2. We collect personal information on our clients; we use it for marketing our company and for the completion of our services and products.
3. We will not release information provided by our clients or any personal information regarding cases in our possession. We may release this information if required by law or on a confidential basis when the other person is an agent assisting us in the completion of our service or product.
4. We collect the following information name, address, and phone numbers, financial information to determine the amount of credit to be given to a particular client.
5. Your information is kept safe on a secure computer with only authorized access.
6. Our web site does not collect personal information at this time, however if in the future we have a necessity to collect personal information, the information collected will only be used for marketing our company and for the completion of our services and products.
